Edition limited to 100 copies signed by the editor/publisher at the colophon, 8vo, pp. xxxviii, 677-[680]; b&w photographic frontispiece portrait of Miller; a fine, unread copy in the original dark blue cloth-covered boards lettered in gilt on spine and front cover. With the frontispiece portrait reproduced in color and laid in, as required by the colophon, but with two copies of the "Angels and Patron Saints" page on mauve card stock laid in. The colophon requires one copy of the "Angels" page and one copy of a holographic preface by Miller printed on blue card stock to be laid in. Item #20760
