Strouse, oblong 8vo, pp. [2], [7], [3]; full-page wood-engraving showing Arthur and Guenever peering at the dead Elaine in her funeral barget, elaborate printer's device at colophon; original taupe wrappers printed in black and gold, green japanese paper endpapers, narrow 1/2"wide nick at middle of back wrapper edge that has resulted in smaller (and barely visible) corresponding nicks in endpapers and front wrapper, otherwise very good. The engraving was drawn by Charles M. Gere and cut by W. H. Hooper for the Ashendene press Morte Darthur published in 1913. Item #22566
