(dated 1823) and frontispiece, 13 engraved plates; full contemporary diced calf by Pittman of Salisbury, with his stamp in gilt on front free endpaper, decorative gilt border enclosing an elaborate central panel decorated in blind, spine in 4 compartments, gilt-decorated with a cathedral design in 3, gilt-lettered in 1, a.e.g., black endpapers with moire pattern, neatly rebacked with old spine laid down. This edition not in OCLC and of the 1823 edition only the Trinity Institure copy in Illinois is located. Item #25487
