A parody on Alexander Pope's "Eloisa to Abelard", with the text of the original poem. The parody and the original poem are printed on opposite pages. Although attributed to Richard Porson, this parody of Alexander Pope's Eloisa to Abelard is actually by John Matthews. "Only 50 copies printed" - half of which are accounted for in OCLC. Item #34109
