First edition, 4to, pp. 77; 1 of 403 copies, numerous facsimiles, frontispiece and title page printed in red & black, bookplates of Lewis Hotchkiss Britten, Edward Harmon Virgin and Earnest Elmo Calkins (American writer and famed ad exec.); last few leaves have faint dampstains on lower edges, extremities are a bit soiled, worn at edges, spine ends chipped heavily, else very good in quarter calf with gilt-lettered spine.
