A very good copy of this French monthly journal (published in Amsterdam to evade censorship), mostly comprised of book reviews, which ran from 1684 to 1718. This collection includes numerous articles on card games, medicine, and religion; publisher's catalogues; and a review of the third edition (Amsterdam: Wetstein, 1685) of Machiavelli's Prince.
