Large 8vo, pp. [1]-26, 29-34, 37-50, 53-62, 69-72, 77-78, 83-96, with unpaged inserts tipped to front and rear endpapers, and a laid-in bifolium; original full straight-grain unadorned black morocco, copiously illustrated throughout with chromolithographic illustrations of grapes, pears, apples, peaches, plums, berries, ornamental shrubs and trees, etc., many beautifully rendered in chromolithography, others color photomechanical. Minor wear, very good. A saleman's sample book, appropriately sophisticated for the marketplace. The illustrations seem generic and may have been used by more than one nursery. Item #41589
