First edition limited to an unknown number of copies of which this is no. 131, 8vo, pp. vii, [1], 121; original coral cloth-backed boards stamped in gilt, unadorned spine, a.e.g.; boards foxed, spine a bit scratched, ends rubbed, interior fine. Signed presentation copy inscribed by the author to fellow performer and singer Lawrence Kellie, with two extra poems in the author's hand; the first, "The Singer's Soul," (8 stanzas, totalling 32 lines), was "Written for and inspired by the sweet singing of Lawrence Kellie, London, May 16th, '93". Brémont is best known for Oscar Wilde and his mother: a memoir (1911). Item #44164
