An apparently unrecorded binding for the second American edition (described as the second American printing on front jacket cover and printer's colophon): Higginson & Williams describes the first American edition in the same bright blue boards but in a green dust jacket printed in violet; the second American edition is described as being bound in purple cloth with no dust jacket description.
