Edition limited to 350 copies, this being the issue of 300 with a single set of the plates, and out of series; large, slim 8vo, pp. 63, [1]; inserted frontispiece and title page and 5 plates all printed in sanguine; uncut and largely unopened; original brown cloth-backed floral boards, gilt-lettered spine; gift inscription dated Christmas 1919, edges rubbed, but generally very good and sound. The plates, made in the 18th century, are particularly striking. The book includes a 4-page biographical sketch of Cochin. Item #49344
