Four separate prospectuses in a terracotta cloth-covered clamshell box: 1) Prospectus & Retrospectus, 1932, a 16-page catalogue of upcoming books and books in print, with attractive pink pictorial wrappers; 2) 3 new Nonesuch books for the summer of 1934, 8-page prospectus, pictorial self-wrappers; 3) Sample Pages: The Nonesuch Dickens, 1938-39, pale green pictorial wrappers containing 5 leaves with sample text pages and illustrations; laid in is an announcement of Mitchell Kennerley's testimonial about the Nonesuch Dickens, printed in red; and 4) announcement of the nonesuch Bible in 3 volumes, 1963, issued jointly by Random House in New York, an 8-page prospectus with a facsimile title page, a bifolium on India paper sewn in, a printed letter from Random House, and an order form.
