Cary, Jr. for his friends" (this, no. 19); this issue also has an extra page of supplementary information identifying works missing from the chronological table; 8vo, pp. [6], 13, [15]; title printed in red, black and silver, initials in red; near fine in original gray cloth-backed paper-covered boards, paper label on spine and upper cover. "Pages 1 to 13 are set in the new Village No. 2, its first appearance. For comparison, the original Village type has been used in the introduction.
