Merida, Yucatan, Mexico: 1956. Oblong pamphlet, pp. 16. Bound in tan wrappers, text in triple column with English, Maya, and Spanish language phrases. Contains two advertisements for Hotel Merida, a tourist destination in the Yucatan. A very good copy, with a few faint dampstains to the pages and some minor offsetting. The guide contains several useful phrases from English and Spanish, translated into the Mayan language. The pamphlet also gives a brief history on the region of Yucatan, and encourages travelers to visit the area. An interesting piece of history concerning Central America and Latin American tourism.
