Also offering extra parts, carrying cases, rink supplies, etc., a full-page announcement of the American Skating Congress, and rules and regulations for skating rinks. Inside back cover shows a full-page wood engraving of Winslow's skating rink, "which is unquestionably the finest skating rink in the world." Not in Romaine or OCLC. Item #53747
