Jacksonville, [Ill.]: Franklin Printing Office, 1865. First edition, 8vo, pp. 15, [1]; fine in original printed yellow wrappers. Jacob Strawn had a successful farm northeast of Thornville, Ohio. He sold the farm and moved west to Illinois, boasting he would become the richest man in the state.
