New York: Robert Carter and Brothers, 1849. 12mo, pp. 180; contemporary plain black wrappers, the black apparently printed over blue paper (mourning wrappers?); text block loose in the wrappers, and with a mild dampstain invading the bottom quarter of the first dozen leaves or so; stitching sound. Inside the front wrapper is the ownership signature of "Franklin D. Roosevelt / Hyde Park." A collection of religious selections. The editor is identified only as a Troy, N.Y. clergyman. First published in 1848. Of this edition only N.Y. Public in OCLC. Item #54112
