Square 12mo, pp.  on stiff card stock; 15 full-page illustrations from mostly photographs; plus a large folding color strip map of the Hudson River, "from New York Bay to the head of tide water," extending nearly 9 feet in length (by 5½" wide); original printed pictorial wrappers with waterstain on the front, and with nibbling along the edges of the back; internally fine. The map is copyrighted 1894 by Wallace Bruce. Item #54931
