[Boston]: Feb. 5, 1909. Six-page mimeograph, 13" x 8½" discuissing the inhabitants and infrastructure of Avon Place and Central Court in Boston, likely as part of a deposition in a court case against Jordan, Marsh, & Co. Includes much detil on the owners of the various homes, local businesses, infrastructure, and past litigations. Notable buildings discussed include the former residence of Isaiah Thomas, a menagerie where "a white whale was exhibited" in which "Professor Agassiz took much interest," and the structure in Central Court taken over by Jordan, Marsh which one weekend set about building a wall across Central Court against which Suter obtained an injunction.
