Austin: Aegis Editions, 1957. Edition limited to 20 copies (this, no. 15), 8vo, pp. [12]; printed in red and black; dampstained, some wrinkling but no tidemarks; very good in original decorative paper wrappers. From the library of Kim Merker. This copy inscribed by the printer Raeburn Miller "for Kim and Connie across 1200 miles of unenviable gulf - Raeburn, August, 1957." Due to the damp there is a slight blurriness to the ends of 3 lines in the inscription. MK is Martha Kirkpatrick and the letters are addressed to Raeburn, Merker's early partner at the Stone Wall Press. He received a Master of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 1958, and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Iowa in 1960. In 1960 he joined the Department of English at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. "Twenty copies of this book have been hand-set in Garamond type and printed at the Typographic Laboratory in the State University of Iowa School of Journalism by Raeburn Miller." Baylor only in OCLC.
