An important record of the Pacific Theater of World War II. The Japan Association of International Relations, led by Hikomatsu Kamikawa, conducted a three-year research project on the events leading up to Japan's participation in WW-II. The project utilized diplomatic and military material that had until that point been restricted from public access, and became the authoritative reference on the subject.
