A handsome folio broadside in three languages concerning the administration of the Island of St. Bartholomew, a Swedish colony between 1785 and 1878 (the Swedish West India Company was founded in 1786). Comprises fees for different awards, citations, donations, certificates, translations, "journeys into the country," "entering a sea protest," "maritime passports," etc. and stating, finally: "For all these above mentioned articles the poor pay nothing."
