Printed in Dutch and English, the yearbook details the whole spectrum of the Netherlands East Indies economy, compiled by the 'Sub-Department on Industry and Commerce' of the Department of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce at Buitenzorg, Java by request of the Dutch East Indian Government.
