There was also an issue of 50 copies signed and in boards. From the library of Allan Kornblum, poet, fine press printer, and publisher who founded Coffee House Press. This copy with Kornblum's ownership signature inside the upper cover, and with a presentation from Hollo to Kornblum and his wife Cinda on the title page: "For Allen [sic] and Cinda - & all the good times, xi / 71 Iowa City.
