An account of a journey by the German photographer Dr. Kurt Boeck through Ceylon, India, and the Himalayas to Nepal. The numerous photographic reproductions are taken from the author's originals, and document the topography, population, customs, daily life, agriculture, and infrastructure of Nepal.
